There are a number of ways to do what you want and a whole load more artistic ways you can go. With very little investment in computing power you can build your own hand painted "oled" screen and play with the underlying ghostly imagery. I have quoted to get acquainted and have the conversation that is way beyond a quotable value settable here. note if you choose any of us we are charged straight away a freelancer fee so it would be nice if you paid who ever you choose at least 10% upfront.
