Basic Kung Fu moves The article is for beginners, so nothing complex is required. Just a basic explanation of the basic moves and how to perform them. Article 5. Strength training techniques for Kung Fu. Basic exercises for strength training specific to Kung Fu. Article 6. Weapons What weapons are used in Kung Fu and a basic explanation of a few moves with them. All content must be written in English.
