A Dutch teacher for an intensive period

Hi, I saw your request on Freelancer.com and would like to help you with your Dutch. As a well educated native Dutch person my language is excellent. At the moment I work as teacher in Armenia. Besides teaching I work as translator, mostly for websites. Since we have a time difference I will be able to help you at least 6 evenings per week. Besides this I will be available from December 25 to January 24. On January 18 I will fly to Holland for a short holiday, so it might give the opportunity to talk even a little more by then. One of the points that might help is that I have many foreign friends who are also limited in their Dutch. It helped me to talk slower and to have a lot of patience and to show understanding. Hi Mohammad, My name is Johanna Visser. I am a Dutch teacher for a couple of years now, mostly teaching Dutch to expat engineers in the The Hague area. My lessons have the following characteristics: - they are tailored to the students needs and wants - they make use of language knowledge of west germanic languages (German and/or Dutch) the students already possesses, instead of starting all over again. - you pay per lesson (50Eur) , which lasts one hour or more. That means that the more motivated you are, the longer the lesson will be. Regard it as a bonus or subsidy from my side for motivated students. - Because I prepare my lessons in advance, payment too must be in advance. But, you only need to plan one lesson. I understand you want to learn Dutch as fast as possible, and within a certain time period. I have no problem keeping my evenings free for you, so I'm sure that you will be able to get the lessons you wish for. My tips for you - Don't only look at the teacher, try to investigate if the method which will be used fits your study background and learning style. -Ask for a trial lesson, or a conversation about the method of teaching. Hello Mohammed, My name is Angi. I am from The Netherlands and I live currently in Thailand. I could become your Dutch conversational tutor. I work as a English conversational tutor with Chinese and Vietnamese students. I think that the main question is how you far are you in Dutch and how you want to pick up on your Dutch. Normally I start tutoring with a student for an hour. Get to know eachtother a little and see how we can pick up the conversation. In your case it would mean. How much Dutch do you know? Are we going to work on pronounciation and words, or I guess, I probably will need to teach you correct sentences. I think that next to these conversations, you should keep practicing Dutch by yourself. There probably is a time-difference. But we can work that out. Just let me know if you interested.
