Delphi master needed: implement a TTreeview like visual control from scratch

I need a very experienced Delphi developer for this challenging and critical project. Do this well and I will pay you very well. But do not even think about placing a bid if you are not 100% sure you can do this job absolutely perfectly. Your job is to implement from scratch a TTreeView like visual control for Delphi. The control must be compatible with Delphi 2010. Please see the included document for the full technical specs what the visual control must be able to do. NOTE: The specs include a section called "Eye candy". If you could do everything else in the specs but not the Eye candy part, you can still make a bid, but in your bid mention that you cannot do the eye candy related code. If you do not mention anything about the eye candy, I am assuming you will be doing that code too. In your bid, please estimate the amount of time you will require to do this. The final delivery consists of the source code of the developed visual control, as well as a simple demo application that can be used to test all the different features of the list control.
