Delphi SNMP Trap Receiver Example program using Synapse.

I need an SNMP Trap Receiver written in Delphi using Synapse that can receive v1-v3 SNMP traps, query and decode the trap, using MIB file if available. You'll need to provide the test environment and software to test the program. You'll also need SNMP knowledge and propose the specifications necessary for such a project.

Please send your proposal on what you can do, and any test program if available.
