I have a half-finished utility from another freelancer (Delphi 2010, Firebird 2.1, Fibplus, MyDAC) which is supposed to do the following: synchronize certain fields from a table in the Firebird database with fields in a mysql table on my website (Joomla 1.5, tables created by the CommunityBuilder component). Basically the Delphi tool needs to create user accounts on the website and sync data from the local database into the mysql table, and the data will then be displayed by the CommunityBuilder component on that PHP driven website. Should be easy as the tool already connects to the website, but it does not yet sync the data. Budget 150 USD. I need this done within 10 days after awarding the project. If you're a professional it should take you maybe 2-5 hours. Will prefer bidders who have experience with this and can tell me what kind of experience.
