Desktop research and information management

I am a professional consultant. I advise clients in telecommunications industry on regulation and policy. I also frequently write in newspapers and speak in meetings and conferences. Newspapers and TV often carry my comments. I need a competent person to collect and organize them in a consistent form and format. This would include clippings of articles, audio or video in appropriate reading formats (e.g pdf, mpeg etc) preferably. Also required is a list of items with name of publication/TV channel, publication date in a form that it can be easily searched, sorted,edited and expanded..The number of items unlikely to exceed 500. The material will later be uploaded to my website which I plan to redesign. Please indicate if you wish to be considered for that.
