Hi, I have a large text file with 10,000's of lines of similar lists of sequences. I want a perl script that will analyze the data a certain way. My plan is to use the base script to make changes myself later, so I will require the actual perl code afterwards. Anyone who has developed a perl script to analyze a sequence of lines should be able to do this. The sequence I am looking for is a little complicated, but once understood, should be fairly easy to do. I have made a text file that I will give to any user I communicate with that has more information. We will then adjust the bid price based on the amount of work that needs to be done.
