Database entry job - Ebay Turbo Lister Database Creation from raw product data

You are required to enter information into a excel csv file from an old excel csv and also find the correct category codes for Ebay and put those into the new database so each item is in its relevant category (categories are not given, the items have not been previously categorized.)
Old Database has the following Columns
The Columns:
Web Name, Sales Description, Base Metal, Style, Setting Type, Materials, Stone Cut, Carat Weight, Color, Plating Color. Main Image
These are to be placed into the HTML code provided (a html template file is provided so you can see how I want all the information displayed) and put into the Description column inside the new database.
Price
This Column is a basic copy paste to the new database column StartPrice.
Item Category
The eBay category ID will need to be inputted, each item must be placed in the MOST RELEVANT eBay category this is at your discretion the information is not provided (use only 1 category), this column in the old database gives you a general guide as to what type of item it is and will help you categorise it.
The new database has many new columns but all the information already in the 1st example product will carry over and remain the same for all other products, with the execption of the image (a zip of all images will be given).
