Data Entry prefered US guys

I need some one who can create 5000 emails for me all of them have to be from an US IP address. Not Spam id's. They need to look real. Would prefer students or guys from US itself. Other's if you can manage it they are welcome to bid. I want serious bidders. After you create the emails I need you to sign up with those Email address in the site that I will provide to the winning bidder. This is an ongoing project so bid accordingly. Task 1) Create 5000 emails any provider will do but has to come from a US IP address. You use a software I dont care. I just want the results. Task 2) With those 5000 emails I need you to sign up in the site that I will provide. Payment will be made on a monthly basis prefered at the month end. PLEASE do not ask for advance. If you can do this job in 2-3 weeks then I will consider you.
