Develop E-Mails Lists

Our company sells limited edition music box sets, targeting the vinyl collector buyer. Once we have selected the winning bidder, we will PM the freelancer the names of the artist. We are looking for a company or individual that can provide to us a list that contains e-mail contact information for vinyl collectors we have described above and who can also send out the e-mails. We are looking for a long-term relationship with a company that can supply and send out e-mail addresses for these audiences on a regular basis. E-mail addresses must be targeted to the U.S, Canadian and Asian markets. We will provide you with the HTML message that will be e-mailed. Requirements: 1. 1 million fresh, scrubbed e-mails, must be white listed 2. Bulk e-mail sending service from a mail service provider with a good reputation (IP address must not be black listed) 3. E-mail must hit in-boxes, not spam folders. No exceptions. We will provide you a handful of test emails addresses for you to send a test e-mail. 4. You will have 14 days to send out the entire list 5. We will need to test 50K of your list before we start with the full 1 million 6. Live tracking data or service that can show us open and click through rates. We will need at least 1% and above click through rate. 7. Must be able to keep constant communication with us and that includes the ability to reach you by phone and email. Daily e-mails updates are required 8. Payment process: we will deposit the full amount into Pay Pal escrow. If we do not get the 1% click through rate you will not get paid.
