Hi! Based on your description, I see that you are looking for a virtual assistant. I am actually working as a Virtual Assistant for a real estate company in the US. What I do is to answer my boss' phone if he can't answer it. I schedule appointments as well. Instead of landline, we use google voice and skype. We have set up call forwarding so that if he can't answer the phone after 3 rings, it would ring on my end and then I can answer. I do admin tasks as well.
