Keep track of Sales Leads and their associated details (individually) in a list view which then transfers this data into a visual sales funnel to clearly indicate bottlenecks and points of failure.
Track growth performance of each region, service and lead source in terms of billable hours according to an assignable charge rate to each closed lead.
Visually display each region's and services’ growth to identify strengths and weaknesses in campaign over time and adjust plans according to goals.
Visually display each lead-source category's performance to identify strengths and weaknesses in lead generation over time and adjust plans according to goals.
Maintain collaborative document ability (via One Drive) so that multiple sales personnel can enter data live and have it adjusted accordingly for all team members.
Maintain visually appealing and consistent aesthetic that is identifiable and possibly marketable in the future.
I am also looking for as much automation as possible to reduce double entry of data and ongoing labour costs once in use.
I am also open to any suggestions that could expand the abilities for such a workbook.
