Simple project of logging into a website and going through each contact to copy the information into an Excel Document. Looking to break down an Excel Document by Revenue for each Job Function; Sales, Marketing, General Management, and Information Technology.
Click PERSON (advanced) tab
Job Function: select Sales: Business Development & Sales
Management Level: select C-Level & VP Level
Click COMPANY (advanced) tab
Company Attributes: In the open box type “Salesforce” until a list appears and select “Uses Salesforce”
Revenue: select $50 Million - $100 Million
Click Location/Region tab
Metro Region / State / Country: Select “North America”, then select “US Metro Areas”, then select TX - Dallas
Step 4: Select Each Name and Open up the record.
Step 5: Record the following categories; FirstName, LastName, Title, Company, Phone, Email
When Finished, repeat step 1, in step 2 go up another Revenue Level to $100 - $250 Million, repeat step 3, 4, 5.
When Finished, repeat step 1, in step 2 go up another Revenue Level to $250 - $500 Million, repeat step 3, 4, 5.
When Finished, repeat step 1, in step 2 go up another Revenue Level to $500 - $1B Million, repeat step 3, 4, 5.
Redo the whole break down again by a new job function Marketing, General Management, and Information Technology. And
