I have an XLS spreadsheet with 12,000 rows and 4 columns of data: Business URL, Business Name, Email Address, First Name of Owner. I need this data validated and cleaned. This job requires attention to detail and familiarity with U.S. names.
The job is as follows:
- Column 1: Click the URL for a business and see if it is a real business (i.e., fully functional and taking orders from customers). If it is not a real business, strike it out. If it is a real business, proceed to next step.
- Column 2: Confirm or add the Business Name to the next column. Make sure the capitalization structure and spacing matches what the business has written on their 'About' page or in their footer.
- Column 3: Confirm which email address is the correct one, and remove all others.
- Column 4: Add the first name of the owner. This can sometimes be found on the 'About' page of their website and other times in the email if it is structured like this: name[at]xxxx.com. If it is not available, write "there" instead of the name.
TO BE CONSIDERED: Please tell me what portion of the list you can accomplish for $250. Additionally, I am open to an hourly arrangement with an expected time range negotiated up front. I have read the description and I am interested in cleaning the list of leads. From my rough estimate this work will take at-least 80-85 hours of diligent work excluding any breaks. I am willing to complete this in up-to 2 weeks (completion as soon as possible). The total cost for checking and cleaning all 12000 rows would be only $640-$680. So under this bid (i.e. $250), I can deliver ~4545 rows.
