Data entry from one site to another - wordpress

We need someone to go through one site and enter in the information found on one site to another site where they will enter this information into a wordpress posting, there are approximately 800 postings to be copied: 1) Find the correct content, then copy the content with the appropriate title, format, tags then place in the correct wordpress category. 2) The posts should be all text, we do not want the longer posts that involve images and screen shots. 3) You may have to rewrite part of the post to match our site. 4) Technical Knowledge is a Plus (microsoft and servers) 5) Perfect English grammer and spelling is required 6) work fast and work accurate. 7) we will provide the target site and the source site as well as a wordpress login.
