Data entry - business cards to Excel I have 800 business cards that need to be entered onto an Excel spreadsheet. Work must be absolutely accurate. Fields to use (each in one column): First Name Last Name Title Business Name Address City State Postal Code (Zip Code) Office Phone Fax Cell Phone Email Website (starting with www.) Category Notes I will need them on the Excel sheet sorted as to category and provide category names. There are about 12 categories and some cards are for two categories but you can submit in Excel with a sheet for each category. Some cards may have two categories, in that case put two category fields so I can .find which category when I paste it to my main excel sheet. The data must be kept confidential and not used for any other purpose. Once selected, please complete a non-disclosure agreement from Vworker and email. If there is handwriting on the cards that you can read, place that under notes. 20% or less have notes and less than that are readable. I can provide the cards sorted by category. I can provide photograph or scan the cards in groups and notate category(s). Some cards are reverse type White on dark color with photos so let me know what you prefer or be easiest to read. The cards are from the U.S. There may be less than 500 but I am still identifying them while quotes are coming in. I have them ready, there are 800 cards, if the cards are sent to you physically you will need to return the cards and the deliverables before payment.
