Creating titles automatically basead in keywords and with some rules

Hello, This work is for an e-commerce company that sells on sites like e-bay, aliexpress, amazon, free market. We need to help buyers easily find the products they want, customers find the products they want by putting the name, type, make, model and product specifications in the sites search fields, then the website shows to the customer all ads that have the title with that which he seeks. In order to facilitate the consumer search and increase our sales, we will create thousands of ads with different titles for each product, to create these thousands of different titles, we want an automated spreadsheet where we place the words that the customer can use to look for product and excel riding titles automatically. What needs to be done is:   Get the keywords that I put in the column A cells and together they, generating the largest number of possible combinations by following these rules: The result can not be more than 60 characters. Some words are mandatory, need contain this words in all results. There can be neither repeated title (or with the same combination ie same words in a different order). Before generating the results, some other actions need to be automated to help me choose what words I will use in the combination. This actions need to be automated: 1 When repeat a keyword in column A, remove the duplicate. 2 Rank the keywords based on the search numbers, that are in column C, take the keywords in column A that do not have number in column C and put these keywords on the top of the list. 3 Delete the keywords of the column A that contain prohibited words that are in column E, also erase what is in your line in the column B and column C 4 Remove all keywords that do not have an "x" in the same line and column D, also remove whatever is in its line and column B and C. Rank again according to the number of searches column C. 5 Finally do the titles putting together the keywords, start with the largest possible combinations and rank the titles distributing the keywords, because I have a limit of 10,000 ads to use per day, so I want to first use the titles that have more keywords and these keywords need to be well distributed, not to use often a keyword and use few times others and also that in the first days I have announced many times each keyword.
