Copy Certain type of Info from Scanned Image.

Attached is a scanned image in .pdf. I have 500 pages that are similar that need to have the following info copied into a .xls.
(each below would be a seperate row in .xls
Any weblink by itself.
Any listing that has a email address you would copy the email, year, make, model, phone number of the ad into it's own listing.
Any business listed with a weblink or address would have all of its info copied. Name; Phone; Address; URL; Email; Ad is for:
Note ads that just have a phone number will be ignored so you will have anywhere from 4-6 entries on average from each of the 500 pages.
If the first pdf doesn't work try the second.
