Convert PDF to PPT - Read before bidding

REQUIRES YOU TO DO A SAMPLE. DO NOT BID WITHOUT READING: We have thousands of pages in pdf, which we need converted to Power point slides. 1. Everything must be hand-typed and not screenshot, wherever possible. 2. All text should be Arial, 18pt, and a minimum of line spacing 1. Sometimes, if required, the font size could be reduced to 16pt, and even 14pt... but only sometimes.. Mostly it should be 18pt, as much as possible. The page size should be "Standard". 3. The previous and next buttons are not required. 4. All formulas and text must be editable. 5. For each page, it is fine to sometimes go over one slide. The pages have a lot of diagrams, and formulas. I need everything to be clearly visible, while following my font type, size and page layout requirements. <<Fixed pay: $0.15 per page in pdf converted intelligently to make it look good on projector, with no screenshots.>> ALL FORMULAS AND TEXT MUST BE EDITABLE, and everything should be consistent. <<Must agree to do a sample, before award. Will be paid, if done right. <<Must be able to start immediately, and be available for the next 5-6 hours.
