Clear Debt Budget Regulator

We would like to create a budget Regulator app for cellphone, for our Company Clear Debt Financial Services, We are a debt review company and would like to offer this application to our clients , for them to manage their finances and record what they spend on what. There is quite a lot of these apps out on the market just would like to modify one to our company colours and Logo. Its should have the option where you list your income, deductions and expenses like food, entertainment, fuel, toiletries, medical expense, educational fees , debt, and so on. I have never done something like this so don't know what information you need form us exactly.
