Architectural Librarian / Content Developer Collect and Organize Enterprise Architectural Content We are looking for someone to help us organize our internal IT technical architecture library and gather architectural content from project teams. The goal is to build a world-class architectural document repository for IT to ensure our systems across the enterprise are documented correctly and thoroughly. Responsibilities * Work with the architect community to tag the documents correctly to make sure they are easy to find. * Develop a standard set of tags based on the content gathered including project name, content type, described system and team * Gather architectural documents from team and project repositories for inclusion in the central library * Work in Visio, Word and Excel to bring documents up to architectural standards * Document the service catalog * Create a strategic roadmap for IT teams by gathering strategy information from each team * Help pull research articles for different areas of technology * Document the list of web services we have across IT * Update existing landscape documents with the latest project changes * Write user guides and develop training material to help users understand how to properly tag documents Requirements • Must be very detail oriented • Patient, polite and persistent - the job requires follow up with several teams • Able to analyze document content and properly categorize • Adept at working with Microsoft Word and Excel - +2 years experience • Quick learner and technically oriented • Experience working with Visio documents is a plus • Technical writing skills or experience working on technical projects is a plus
