Love For Art Gallery is seeking to employ credible and reliable customer support/administrative assistant whose primary assignment will be handling retail purchases, data entry,- Provide research on potential,existing clients along the competitive landscape and customer [login to view URL] is a part-time project that requires emailing, book keeping, filing, photocopying, processing of invoices,Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects and assists with special projects as assigned. SALARY/WAGES: This is a paid project as the gallery is offering to pay $300 weekly (Payment will be made every Fridays). RESPONSIBILITIES; - Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape - Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns - Assist in identifying potential business opportunities - Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects - Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects REQUIREMENT: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member - Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) - A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills - Pursuing a Bachelors Degree or equivalent education
