Data mining expert needed, only experienced freelancer

Dear freelancers, This is my first project here hoping to complete this project on time and with in my budget. I have a list of 700 names (there are a lot of repeats so it is more likely closer to 600) that I need information looked up for. I have the owner's names and addresses, and I need someone to look up their email addresses and phone numbers. Please see the attached spreadsheet.
You would be using the owner's address from columns D and columns N-Q. You can put their email and phone number in columns U and V.
My Budget for this job is only $25 to $20 So bid if you are willing to work within this budget. I need all the emails and phone numbers valid, I will release payment after verification.
