I have gone through your complete description about your requirements for the prospective candidates, and I can very well see myself meeting up that criteria to a reasonable level. So, let me now highlight few things about myself, which will give you more idea about my experience and knowledge and help you take the best judgement.
1) I have been working as a freelancer since 4-5 years. Before that, I was working in an International call centre, dealing with US and UK customers. So, I have a good experience of communicating and interacting with local public in US and UK.
2) During my freelancing period, I have served as VA (Virtual Assistant) to many of the clients, handling tasks like:-
- calling up businesses and collecting required information
- fixing appointments
- responding customer queries via email
- Updating leads in CRM, and maintaining online database.
- Order handling, sending shipping notices, order sheets etc..
Lastly, there might be some things, which I am not much aware of, but I can assure you one thing - that I am a QUICK LEARNER and COMMITTED WORKER. My past employees have certified the same, and I am sure if you work with me once, you will be the next one to do so.
