Create 2 Powerpivot Files from MS Access and CSV Files - repost

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH POWERPIVOT, EXCEL, ACCESS, AND CSV FILES. MUST HAVE A VERY POWERFUL COMPUTER OR SERVER TO DO THIS. I need to be able to manipulate/sort etc. after you create the powerpivot files. I have 2 sets of files that I need to be converted into 2 separate Powerpivot Files. PART 1) I have four files (CA1, CA2, CA3, CA4) each with about 5 million rows of data. I want you to create a single Microsoft Excel Powerpivot file (and I want you to call it "ALL CA") with these files. In each of the CA files (CA1, CA2, CA3, CA4) there is a column labeled "Prop_id" with a 9 digit number in each row. I also have a Microsoft Access file called "Owners" with a column labeled "Prop_id" and "Owner_nam". I want you to create a new column in the "ALL CA" file and call the column "Names". In the "Names" column I want you to import the corresponding "Owner_nam" in the "Owner" file that matches the "Prop_id" in the "ALL CA" file.
