I need a letter from a CPA or General Accountant that has a active running Accounting Business. Preferably from New Jersey USA or in the USA, that's familiar with an inactive C-Corp.
In this letter I need a basic explication for an inactive C-Corp that I established back in 2009. I never filed any state/federal taxes with the corporation nor did any business with it. I would also like to establish a relationship with an account that can file my taxes in the near future. I need to submit this letter to a mortgage company where I'm applying for a home loan, by tomorrow morning on 1-11-17 by 0900 eastern time. They are asking for a letter from a CPA/General Accountant that can explain exactly the above information in a letter head of a CPA/General account.
