You don't have to include the manager column. Column 1: HW = Home Win, is the total number of home wins for that home team in that season. Column 2: HD = Home Draw, is the total number of home draws for that team in that season. Column 3: HL = Home Loss, is the total number of home draws for that team in that season. Column 4: GDH = Goal Difference at Home, is goal difference for that home team in that season, it is the difference between the goals for at home and goals against at home and can be either + or -. Column 5: GFH= Goals for Home, for that home team in that season, goals scored at home. Colimn 6: GAH = Goals Against for Home at Home, goals conceded by that home team for that season at home. Column 7: YEAR, this is the seaosn they met. Column 8: Pts = Total Points for Home Team for that year, including away (overall points). Column 9: Pts at Home = Points earned in home only for that home team in that season. Column 10: Pos = Overall position of home team in overall table at the end of the season. their position in table at end of season. Column 11: Series, the exact date the 2 teams met for that season. Column 12: Overall Sequence. This describes what kind of overall seqience the home team were on, it takes into account both home and away matches. eg if they lost their last 2 matches (say 1 away and 1 at home) and drew the previous match before that then they would be on a sequence of L2 (2 losses). Column 13: Home Sequence: This is the home sequence of results for the home team. Same as column 11 except its only looking at previous home matches, does not account for away matches at all - just home sequence. eg if a team won their last home match and drew the previous home match then they would be on a win sequence of 1 or W1. Column 14: Manager, no need to do this, leave blank, I will fill this in. Coloum 15: Reverse - score for the opposite fixture that season. eg if its sunderland and arsenal then how did it finish that season with arsenal at home to sunderland Column 16: Home team score for the corresponding fixture that season. Column 17: Away Team score for the corresponding fixture that season. Column 18: Pts = Total number of points for the away team that season both home and away, overall points in table. Column 19: Pts Away: Points earned away for the away team overall that season, 3 points for away win and 1 point for away draws. Column 20: Overall Sequence OF WINS OR DRAWS OR LOSSES INCLUDING BOTH HOME AND AWAY MACTHES. Column 21: Away Sequence: away team current away only sequence focusing only on their away matches write down their current sequence eg if the won their last 2 away matches and drew the previous match write W2. Column 22: Manager, no need to do this. Column 23: Pos = Position of away team in the league at the end of the year. So what was their finishing position in the table. Column 24: AW= Number of away wins for away team only that seaosn overall. Column 25: AD = Number of away draws for away team only for that seasnon Column 26: AL = Number of away losses for away team only overall that season. Column 27: GDA = Goal difference of away team away from home only, do not include home. Column 28: GFA = goals scores away from home by away team overall for that seaosn Column 29: GAA = Goals scored against that away team for that seaosn away from home only. The sequence (overall, home, away) is the hardest part of the task. You must look at the results leading up to the game for each team and work out what sequence they were on before the match.
