Blog/Forum Commenting

I am looking for someone to comment on 75 related do-follow blog sites and 25 NO follow. I am looking to use "Renewable Energy" and "Alternate Energy" for the anchor text. And 20 Forum posts containing a link back to my site. The blogs/forums just need to be related to solar power, wind power, solar panels, wind turbines ect... I require the following for the blog comments: 1. They must not be spammy and the comment must be related to the topic. 2. The blog must be found in the Google search engine and cannot be banned. 3. you must provide me a spreadsheet that contains the url of the location of the post you commented on. 4. The comment should be 4-5 sentences so it has a less chance of being deleted or not approved. 5. You must have good English skills. 6. All comments must be approved visible on the site for me to review before payment. 7. The blogs PR must be higher than 2 I will provide the url to the successful bidder.
