Adsense wordpress site

Hello Freelancers,

I'm looking for a experienced SEO and Adsense professional , who's able to create a (mini) wordpress blog/website, to generate earnings at least 50 USD/day for several yrs. Achieved with: Google adsense or affiliate marketing or both.

You will need to:

1. Show me ther previous successful websites that you have done with proof of earnings and testimonials from real people.

2. Setup an Google Adsense (affiliate) and Analytics account.

3. Pick any niches that can be interesting long term. But I want to approve them before execution.

I'll be in charge of domain registration and hosting.

4. Write unique SEO optimized content, with unique articles and 50 articles that aren't published. I will check on copyscape.

5. Fully configure the website using wordpress.

6. Tell me the methods you use to direct traffic to the website.

The site must adhere:

• Require minimum maintenance.

• Contain related royalty free or royalty paid images.

• Generate at least 50 USD per day

• Original and SEO optimized with frequently used keywords with proper keyword density.

• Neat attractive click and user friendly design.

• Site must be indexed and cached in yahoo, bing and google.

• Link pages must be visible, readable, indexable.

• No link farms, link exchange programs and web rings

Terms and conditions:

• Use only white hat SEO, NO gray or black hat. Do not use any illegal methods!

• Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services)

• Any niche except pharmacy, violence, and gambling.

• All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing!

• Website must be Adsense and SEO optimised.

• You must follow Google Adsense tos/toc and regulations.

• After 30 days of website launch show proof with metrics containing Unique Visitors, Unique Clicks, Number of Visitors and income.

• Provide precise overview and detailed plan before starting the project.

• I'd like to be updated with frequent reports.

Payment conditions:

You will receive first half of your bid immediately and the remaining half after 30 days of website launch after receiving my earnings/payment check by Google.
