Business Proposals & Plans

I have a website that helps entreprenuers find investors. This means that entrepreneurs can post their business plan or business proposal to my website and then registered investors can find and possibly fund these proposals or plans. My site is similar to [login to view URL] What I want is someone to help me find and upload business plans and proposals so i can start populating my website. These plans or proposals do not need to be real proposals but should be sensible enough to be plans or proposals. I also want business plans or proposals are geared towards Africa. For example, i will not accept a proposal for snow clearing because it does not make sense as there is no snow in Africa. But if you can find a proposal to build a nursery school for example, then i will accept and place this on my website. I am happy to pay as much as $2 per proposal and even higher if i find the right stuff. I want 500 proposals. I will not pay any money until project is finished.
