a) All payment must be throw GAF
b) No advance and escrow .
c) Payment will be made like after 8 , 16 and 31 days like this way
Mandatory condition are :--
1st Escrow :-- after completion of 30% work we will put 20 % on Escrow .
2nd Escrow :-- after completion of 60% work , escrow will be made 40 % from us.
3rd Escrow :-- after completion of 80% work , escrow will be made 60 % from us.
4th Escrow :-- after completion of 100% work , escrow will be made 80 % from us.
Once you will finished the second phase then we will release the escrow like this way first , then next ..and next..
5th Escrow will be made once we get every thing right way , then after testing all if no problem occurs in 1 month then we will release the final 100% escrow from us.
