Copywriter Required for Email and Squeeze Page

We are sending out a large email blast to the UK and would like as good conversion rate as possible. It is for a Car Parts and Accessories client who wants to build a list as quickly as possible, of people interested in receiving fortnightly newsletter with tips and offers on Motor Parts and Accessories. So,the email Subject Line and Content has got to be good. And the link(s) will go to a Squeeze Page which offers a free Guide (Top 10 Tips) to reduce motoring costs. We need a really good English speaking copywriter! To write the email and re-write our Squeeze Page to maximise conversions / opt-ins for our free guide and future newsletters. If the conversions are good we will want help with future newsletters and perhaps re-writing the 10 Tips Guide.
