Codeigniter pro to extend some functions on dynamic pages

Looking for a well experienced CI developer to help me extend some functions.
We currently create new pages dynamically through the admin panel. We would like to categorize these pages and display the categories on the front end. You job is therefore the following:
1. Create new table for categories (fields: ID, name_spanish, name_english, name_german)
2. Create view/add/edit categories pages on the admin
3. To the current add/edit pages section, add a drop down with the categories so we can assign each page to a category
4. on the front end, display the list of categories as links
5. create a page that displays all links to the pages of the category
