Chemistry Expertise- For Anchalspecial

Hi, I require information on a novel compound. It is a Nootropic, and I need to know if this compound is an analogue of any illicit chemicals before I import it to sell with other mind enhancers that I stock. I basically need to identify if it is structurally similar to a list of restricted chemicals that I will provide. I am 99% sure this chemical is completely fine and not related to anything prohibited, but I want the opinion and knowledge of an expert before I go ahead with ordering it. I need the job to be completed within a week, and am happy to pay for 10hrs at $5 per hour.. even if it only take you 5hrs for example.
