Create CSS and HTML from PSDs

We are in the process of creating a website for an auction house. The first step in this process is to make a working demo in CSS and HTML out of the PSD’s that are supplied by the designer. For this part of the project we are looking for a freelance developer. When the job is well done, the next steps in the project like building a CMS may be awarded as well. The PSD’s are a bit complicated. They include: - non standard fonts - carrousel of 5 pictures on the home page (Script will be written later) - carrousel of more pictures on highlights page. In this carrousel the text should be showed on top of the picture on mouse over in a partly transparent layer (Script will be written later) - menu showing which item is selected CSS and HTML and other code should be according to W3C validation roles. Our goal is to have the website viewed in all mayor browsers including tables with a high resolution. So the idea is to keep it all as simple as possible given the requirements. Screenshots of the PSD’s can be supplied using PMB. There may be little changes to the PSD’s as soon as the customer can see the working demo of the site.
