Build a Web-based Visual Editor

I'm looking for an application that will load a webpage into an iframe(or a div if you can get it work that way).
Once the page is loaded, you will be able to mouse over the different elements and edit them in place.
The following edits should be included:
1) Replace an image on the page with a new image.
2) Change the color of a button or text.
3) Change text on the page, all elements. (i.e. h1, p, span, div, button, input, etc)
4) Change the background color or background image.
These changes should be saved as a javascript snippet and or css snippet.
I should be able to save that javascript / css and then add it to the page so that when the page loads, those changes are made.
This should all be done inline.
1) When the user mouseovers an image, a dialog to enter a new image URL will appear.
2) When a user mouses over a button, a color picker should appear combined with the ability to change the text.
3) When a user mouses over a div/section/etc, a background editor should appear that includes the ability to enter a new background image or a color picker to change the background image.
4) When a user mouses over text, an inline text editor should appear.
Additional functionality:
The user should also be able to add an image or text.
When a user makes a change, it should "stick" on the page.
The point is to allow users to create variations of a page, not replace the entire page.
I'm looking for a very well coded application with a clean, "web 2.0" interface.
