C++ Socket Library for Communication with a PLC

This project is about programming of a C++ Socket wrapper Library. The library shall be responsible for the TCP communication between a C++ Program at a linux PC and the industrial PLC. Both are connected via Ethernet ip. The programing style shall be C++11 everywhere as possible, pointers shall be avoided. The boost ASIO library shall be used for the TCP/IP communication.
Please see the attached 3 files for a more detailed description. The project will consist of three milestones, also described in the first of the attached text documents.
A C++ header file is supplied as attachment 03. This should be sufficient to see what is required here.
Please check the documents attached carefully. I will chose the supplier who convinces me that he is able to do the job and who clearly shows that he understands the task.
