Arduino Library from Sketch files

I have an Arduino project located at:
[url removed, login to view]
I would like this project converted into an Arduino library called ROSArduinoBridge so that an Arduino programmer can use the library like this:
#include <ROSArduinoBridge.h>
RAB = ROSArduinoBridge();
void setup() {
[url removed, login to view]();
}
void loop() {
[url removed, login to view]();
}
Note that I need to use Arduino IDE 1.6.6 or higher since earlier versions to not properly support nested include statements.
I would also like all the #define statements to be collected into a single file called settings.h which in turn is included in the ROSArduinoBridge.h file.

Hi, I would like to know what device is being controlled (not required for building the library of course..) just out of curiosity. don't hesitate to contact me to discuss details. cheers!
I am an electronics engineering student with 4 years of experience with avr and arduino . i had written my libraries also. I can do this within minimum time. please inform me any extra details required.
I have my own Arduino UNO and have the latest Arduino iDE version, so I could do some experiments regarding to your project here.
i have a good knowledge about arduino programming and have done number of projects using arduino board.i am also working with number of modules and sensors.i also have good knowledge about its hardware for interfacing Más
