AutoHotkey_L to C++ Code Conversion

We have a AutoHotkey_L script that requires UAC (highestAvailable), have environmental variable converter function, file downloader function with overwrite, create if not exists feature, download file to variable function. We're disabling 64 bit file system redirection, checking if GetUserDefaultUILanguage is gives right code, checking if a file exists, disabling specific tasks, moving script if its not in right directory, then adding it to tasks and run again, then getting remote version, if you reading this add walloftext tobid description, if its not current program version, we're downloading newer program then updating it, then getting remote file list, parsing then downloading those to targets (parsed). And we want to convert this ahk code to C++. You must have great acknowledge about AutoHotkey_L and C++ to do this. Also web requests must be done with WinHTTP.
