Chill Services, LLC is a consultancy, specializing in strategic planning, business process redesign, EDI/EC, project management, Executive Development, and several other services for small to mid-sized companies, which do not have the resources in-house. Chill Services, LLC is currently creating the da Marco’s Gourmet Meats and Specialty Foods market concept, located in Historic Downtown Plano, Texas USA.
The project involves working with a service provider to create a custom template for Joomla that can be used as part of the blog services in tandem with Wordpress, with expertise in:
• Web design,
• Branding & Marketing,
• PHP,
• Graphics Design,
• Flash,
• Theme development,
• Storyboard presentation, and
• Extensions
To provide a similar look and feel to the initial website provided in the “Requirements Section” of the “Project Specification Document”, as well as the template that has been zipped for initial content.
Sample links have been provided in the “Project Specification Document”, which convey a desired look and feel, as well as potential specification and acceptable types of branding and marketing using graphical images to be considered.
Once the site has been demonstrated by the successful bidder (Contractor) through a series of storyboards, either power point, or on the successful bidders’ site, captured on some type of machine readable medium, the content derived from the approved storyboard, will be developed, and moved into production environment, upon successful testing by the Contractor.
Part of the requirements are to enable online services using a superior online order management system that integrates with QuickBooks, QuickBooks POS, such as T-Hub, from Atandra; a multi-channel Order Manager solution designed to integrate our ecommerce store with QuickBooks and Shipping services , such as UPS/FedEx/USPS, etc...
As users start to use the site, the expectation is that the site will be enhanced by the in house resources over an extended period of time. Additionally, as templates, modules, components, and extension services are improved or enhanced, the site will be modified to take advantage of new graphic capabilities, reporting options, customer request, Holiday Themes or Modules, and CRM services, through a managed change control / change management process, or a new request for service.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER (CONTRACTOR) FOR THIS PROJECT WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE USED FOR SUBSEQUENT UPDATES TO THE SITE, THEREFORE COMPLETE DOCUMENTATION OF THE CODING, TEMPLATE DESIGNS, EXTENSION INTEGRATIONS, CHANGES TO THE SITE, FONTS, COLOR SCHEME, GRAPHICS, AND OTHER ENHANCEMENTS ARE MANDATORY DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDING FOR THIS PROJECT, AND ALL BIDDERS SHOULD THEREFORE, CONSIDER THE PROJECT SPECIFICATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING ON THIS PROJECT.
