Good Evening. I am happy to provide you with a proposal for the floor plans you are requesting. First a bit about me. As you see I am new to Freelancer.com but I have been in the architectural field for over 30 years now. I recently retired from an architectural firm that I worked for those 30 years to focus on pursuing my freelance residential design and drafting service which I have been operating simultaneously since 1990. I have an abundance of experience and feel confident I can provide you with exceptional drawings in a timely manner. From what I gather from the project description I will provide you with floor plan(s) layout of the house based on what I am assuming are either existing drawings or a sketch that will be provided by you. I will draw the plan(s) to scale with room notations and also dimension the plans to include individual room and overall dimensions as well as any other pertinent dimensions. I will provide you a .DWG (AutoCad) file as well as PDF files that can be used for printing and bidding purposes as well. I can place standard furniture on the drawings at your request or provide a separate furniture plan, again based on the information you provide me. All this can be further discussed before the award of bid if you wish. I can also send you examples of my work.
