Is this Customer Service for an offline industry or should it be integrated with the existing online service? What is your industry, exactly, and what is the reason that some of the free & open source solutions just don't cut it with you specific needs? Have you tried looking at some open source solutions? Hm, it seems I'm getting out of control with these questions and forgetting to say anything about myself. When any customer place complain to system it will send email notification to higher authority with new complain registered and concern person can now look for complain and add his/her comment for customer and this is being circulated among the team members to resolve the complain. once it is resolved the status of complain will be change to RESOLVED by admin.
