Build Simple GUI to interact with Database

Looking for a C# programmer to build a simple exe that interacts with SQL database, to do the following: 1. Read from excel spreadsheet and displays 4 columns in GUI, with option to tick select each row. 2. User can tick select any number of available rows, and then click "Run". For each item selected, the exe will: a. Run a stored procedure on server, and BCP out table data to local b. Delete servername data from ServerX, and BCP in table data from local to ServerX (loop from a. until this is done for all rows selected) --- Row count can start at 30, and be scalable. This exe is to be built in Visual C#, using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. Will require you to run thru the code with me after completion, where I will make the final additions of the exact server names. Please bid $60AUD or below for this job.
