I need a Single Page Application (SPA) website that has only 3 web pages with the following.
1. I will provide bootsrtap template, you integrate it as a site theme
2. create 3 web pages - Home page, Contact Us, About Us
3. read web page contents on website from XML file
4. main menu as include file reading menu items from XML
