Add Auto Find server to client

Hi there I have a server and client app which i created and are windows based. I want to add the ability for the Client app to find the Server app on a normal LAN (small home networks). The Server has a specified port already set. so all i need the Client to do is find the Server and then connect to it. i have already done the connection code part, etc. So its just the find the Server part needs to be done.
