ADFS Code Integration

Hi I would like to introduce myself as a .NET developer with considerable security background. Got a few questions about the project: - ADFS on premise or ADFS to be setup on azure VMs? - If ADFS is on azure, will the DC be also in azure or connect to on-premise DC for authentication - Is ADFS finalized or looking for any other SSO options? Custom STS may be written depending on the scenario - Hope the ASP.NET app is ready and just need to make it "claims" aware. Good if we can have an online chat and get the above things clarified.
