I would be happy to find your bug. Being a Computer Engineer, my knowledge is broad, I know how things should work. Bug finding I excel at. I am bidding at the top of your range as you haven't provided any info to help make an assessment of what is required. You code could be insanity. For all we know there could be 10 bugs.
