Biometric finger print recognition based time and attendance system using mikroC pro for PIC

I have already made the attendance system using finger print recognition on arduino, i can convert the code to use it on pic as well, is the hardware ready or i have to guide in the hardware as well? also what will be the deadline of the work ?
