Arduino or atmel studio software PWM project

Hello, For a project like this, which requires fast repsonse, I would not go near by the Arduino libraries. Arduino libraries are written for ease of use and a drawback of this is the lack of maximum performance from the chip. What would be the input for these software PWMs? Do you have some kind of encoder that you would take the input and control the motors accordingly?

As you know the software PWM is the most complicate part. You do not mention about resolution of PWM, so assume each step is 1%. With 10kHz (T = 100 us), each step become 1us. We can make it by software PWM but definitely the accuracy cannot be satisfied. Why don't you use hardware PWM? Or any other MCU with hardware PWM. Message me to discuss how solving your problem.

I have so much of experience using arduino and i use it in my semester project as well . For example i complete arduino radar project ,human detection robot using PIR sensor etc. Recently i work on RF robot car controlled by computer using 8051MCU .If you give this project to me then i will also take personal interest .
